JOI has an exciting opportunity to raise awareness and increase visibility in 2024!
The 2024 JOI Summit is an educational and inspirational 3-day program at Saint Louis University! The Saint Louis University Center for Global Citizenship hosts events aimed at helping the SLU community view the world from a more global perspective.
Key highlights of the 2024 JOI Summit include peer focus groups, empowering youth through leadership and communication, fostering civic engagement, and enhancing professional skill development. The program also offers on-campus housing, an off-site community project, team-building activities, and a thrilling adventure at the City Museum, all of which aim to broaden horizons while providing a fun-filled learning experience.
The Summit will be held at the Center for Global Citizenship at Saint Louis University in conjunction with the Optimist International Oratorical World Championships! Attendees will have the exclusive chance to attend the Oratorical World Championships on Friday, July 19, 2024. This not only raises awareness of the JOI program to the Oratorical contestants and their families but also introduces the OWC to JOI participants, making it a truly enriching experience.
